Playful Learning @ York acts as a cross-disciplinary scholarship community, bringing together staff and students across the university with an interest in playful pedagogies. We aim to innovate new forms of playful educational experiences, create and share resources for teaching, and support creative and inclusive educational practices. 

In a playful spirit, we do all sort of activities and projects. Playful classroom interventions, exploring ways of taking learning out of the classroom, developing new game interventions for learning, and we also host scholarly events about play and games in learning.  See our events and resources page for more!
